Hand knitted and crocheted recycled Wool Cropped Cardigan designed and hand made by Davina Hawthorne. A wonderful garment that can add texture and uniqueness to any outfit. Available in cream with light pistachio crocheted trimmings.

DAVINA HAWTHORNE
Wrapping, layering, texture, and unexpected transformation are key elements of Davina Hawthorne's semi haute-couture designs. Her background in textiles is evident in the subtle prints, handcrafted details, and recycled materials that are features of her work. Pushing the boundaries of textiles and fashion her designs work sculpturally with the body.
Davina graduated from her MA at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and launched her own label in 2002. Since then she has been commissioned by private clients, has been featured in numerous magazines while contributing to various exhibitions of fashion and textiles.
Her collection entitled 'Auntie Winnies Party' is an exciting array of recycled wool and floral fabrics which juxtaposes day of the dead Mexican printed skulls and Victorian inspired hair pieces. Hemp and cotton wrap apron dresses are placed alongside cropped recycled wool cardigans.
